The Parum Pum Pum drum set was my son’s first introduction to music. We bought the toy for him when he was 9 months old, and he has played with it ever since.
The music set by B. consists of several parts: a drum with a colorful strap, two centipede drumsticks, caterpillar tambourine, jingle bell ant, busy bee maraca, and one egg shaker. All listed music instrument toys nicely fit in the drum for easy storage and transportation.
The best aspect of this set is that each individual toy might be interesting to toddlers and kids during different stages of development. For example, my son started playing with shaking eggs as soon as saw them. With time, he got interested and adopted playing with the other music toys such as the drum (still a favorite!) and maraca.

Does it last?
We have had this music toy for more than three years, and it appears to be very durable and long lasting. We have not noticed any discolorations, chipping, or other signs of damage.
The Parum Pum Pum Drum is an early introduction to the ABC
You will notice that three elements of this music toy are shaped as the first three letters of the alphabet: A, B, C. I thought this was very clever early introduction to the ABC at this early age.
